How can I convince my employer to introduce restaurant vouchers in my company?
Contact SVC activity in your country and you will receive a brochure about our services. The system is profitable right from the first employee. There are also many other benefits.

I live in Spain. Can I use my vouchers in other Euro-zone countries?
No. Each voucher is subjected to the legislation of the issuing country and can only be used in the local market. Maybe someday there'll be European vouchers.

I travel abroad a lot for my job. Do you market international vouchers?
No, for the above-mentioned reasons.

In which stores can I use my vouchers?
When vouchers are distributed, your employer will tell you where to find a list of affiliated stores. The list is sometimes printed on the back of the vouchers and other times as a separate leaflet. It may also be found on our local website. In addition, a Sodexo sticker is posted on the window of each affiliated establishment.

A store where I usually shop doesn't accept your gift vouchers. What can I do?
Send the name and address of the store to the SVC activity team in your country. They will contact the store manager quickly and propose an affiliation agreement.

Can I use my vouchers to make donation to a humanitarian organization?
In some countries, Sodexo gives you the opportunity to make donations with your vouchers to its STOP Hunger program to combat hunger and malnutrition.
